PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Delivery:
Your order will be delivered to the cargo approximately within 2-3 working days. Please contact us via our telephone or e-mail for inconvenient situations. If you order products that contain the ‘Same Day Cargo’ logo before 14:00 o’clock, the delivery to the cargo will be made at the same working day.
Same day cargo delivery will be completed by purchasing only products that contain the logo. This implementation is not included for every product in our website. In case of ordering more than one product, the rest of the products need to contain the ‘Same Day Cargo’ logo as well.
Your orders willl be delivered by cargo companies that we have agreements with. For domestic orders, discount will be applied by the cargo companies we have agreements with. For purchases beyond 150 TL, the cargo charges will be taken into account by our company. For purchases below 150, the customer will have to pay the service fee in addition to the total price when recieving the delivery at the door.
